There are 2 opinions about the “10 years warranty”,one is agreement: They believe this by the high quality, advanced technology and high-speed product improvement of Cree LED product. The other is doubt: they do not believe 10 years warrant has feasibility. Even though Cree LED product is high quality, 10 years warranty is quite difficult to be executed due to the uncertain situation of enterprise and industry in the future. Besides, there is no industry standard for the after-sales, it is very difficult for consumers to ask for replacement when failure happened. Therefore, they believe this is only a stunt of marketing by CREE.

What’s more, this action is a comfort to consumer base on the high price of LED products. Besides, CREE not only sell LED products, but also spread its high-class branded product to the lighting product to help its upstream LED product.
