Q1: How Can I get a quotation or product details?
A1: We have an inquiry list in every product page and a contact form in the contact-us page, you can use both of them to send us your inquiry.

Q2: How to place an order?

Step 1: You get the quotation from our sales representive

Step 2: you send the Purchase order or email with following information

1) Order NO. of the products

2) Quantity

3) Name of Purchasing company

4) Consignee, Shipping Address, Shipping method(if you are not sure, our sales will recommend you the best according to your order)

Step 3: Our sales will send you the PI including order details, shipment, payment and delivery information.

Step 4: If you agree with the PI, please arrange payment and send us the payment slip or proof.

Step 5: After received your payment slip, we will let you know and start the production. If payment slip or proof not received, we will wait till the payment into our account.

Step 6: After your goods shipped, we will send you the tracking NO of the EXPRESS of B/L(sea cargo).

Step 7: you get your order and check quality. If it’s OK, order process end.


Q3: Does No.1 Lighting accept sample order?

A3: Yes, we accept sample order and we always suggest new customers to buy samples to test the quality, as it is important to know the product quality clearly before you buy large quanity.

Q4: What is your product warranty?

A4: No.1 lighting focus on the high-end LED products, so we offer 2 to 3 years warranty for all our products.

Q5: What are your payment terms and methods?

A5: For sample order, we require 100% payment in advance; For bulk order, we require 30% in advance(for custom goods, we require 50% in advance) and balance finished before shipment.

We accept payment by Paypal, Westerunion, T/T, etc.

Q6: Do you offer free samples?

A6: Normally we do not offer free samples, but if we are doing a promotion, we may offer. Please check with our sales person.

Q7: Can you offer products with our logo or color box?

A7: Yes, we can offer, but need a MOQ and extra cost may occure.

Q8: What the lead time?

A8: 3-7days for samples and 10-20days for bulk order, specific time is based on your order Qty.




Q9: When can I get the tracking NO. after goods sent?

A9: Normally within 24 hours.

Q10: How do you ship the goods?

A10: For small Qty and urgent order, we use international EXPRESS to ship, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX,etc. For Large Qty, we ship by sea and all the details will told to you by our sales person before you order.

Q11: What if some products failed in the warranty period?

A11: As we all know, there is a product failure rate in any industry and we control the rate below 1/1000; When your order is over 1000pcs, we will give some spare goods to avoid the trouble of failure exchange; And when your order is below 1000pcs, we will send you the replacement with the later order. Customer should keep the failure and once there are some kind of quantity, the failures should be sent back to our factory.
