For the ceiling lights with 3 years warranty, 57.1% of them are at unit prices of 50 to 100 RMB, 28.6% of them are at the price of 30 to 50 RMB and 14.3% are at the price over 100 RMB. The LED ceiling lights with 5 years warranty are at 30 to 50 RMB.
As a conclusion, the quality warranty time for most expensive LED ceiling light is short, except which the warranty time for middle and high quality LED ceiling lights is longer. With longer quality warranty time, the price for LED ceiling is higher. The prices are from 30 to 50 RMB for lamps with over 5 year’s warranty. Therefore, it is better choice for national distributors to buy LED ceiling lights at the prices of 50 to 100 RMB with commitment from suppliers.

Figure four shows that there are not many LED fluorescent tubes with 1 year quality warranty period in the market. The 2 years guarantee period of the LED fluorescent tubes has nothing to do with the unit price. Only the price for LED fluorescent tubes of 3 years guarantee is much higher. The unit price for LED fluorescent tubes with 3 year warranty is mostly over 41 RMB. Only 7% of the fluorescent tubes at 10-40 RMB can be guaranteed with 3 years of warranty, 50% of them are at over 81 RMB and 42.9% are at 40 to 80 RMB. In this market, there are only 6.7% of the LED fluorescent tubes with five years warranty, but the price is at 40 to 80 RMB.
Per the data above, the quality warranty period is at least 2 years or more due to the widely application of LED fluorescent tubes. However, there is a common issue for LED down lamps and LED ceiling lights the price is higher for longer quality warranty time. After being used for five years, only the low price and low-end brands can commit, while the high-end lighting brands in the market are afraid to over-commit.
